Sarah, LPC. ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

With over ten years of experience, I strive to create a therapeutic space that is grounded in empathy, honesty, and even a little humor. My approach encourages clients to find and trust their own voice, guiding them toward meaningful goals and a more fulfilling life. I believe in open, transparent communication and view therapy as a collaborative process.

I help clients reconnect with their resilience, especially during times of change or uncertainty, and support them in building a stronger sense of self. When helpful, I incorporate creative tools like writing, mindfulness practices, meditation, or somatic techniques, based on each client’s interests and needs.

I work with adolescents and adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, gender and identity (LGBTQ+), trauma and PTSD, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy running, writing, meditation, and spending time with my cats. I have a deep love for music and literature, and my playlists range from Broadway classics to 90s R&B.
