Ann, Resident in Counseling
Resident in Counseling
The challenges of life today are many and sometimes we just need a little help navigating those challenges, or simply managing day to day tasks. I have been helping individuals do this for several years. In addition to having a background in Marriage and Family therapy, I have also been working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for the past five plus years, initially as a behavior technician and currently as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have spent the entirety of my clinical experience in mental health (four plus years) working with at risk youth and their families, providing a variety of services such as parent coaching, therapeutic mentoring, mental health skill building, TDT (therapeutic day treatment) counseling, Intensive In Home counseling, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), and family counseling. The range of diagnoses for clients include anxiety, depression, ADHD, gender dysphoria, Bi-Polar, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), ASD (autism spectrum disorder), trauma, and more.
No challenge is too great or too small. If you need someone to walk with you on your journey of healing and wellness, or some support with becoming the best version of yourself, contact me. I am available for morning, day, evening, and weekend appointments. I can see you in person or via telehealth. My formative training includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kean University in New Jersey and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in Virginia.
