I will partner with you to f ind solutions and develop the necessary skills to improve your life and help you to achieve your goals. Together, we will celebrate each of your victories, big or small.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques from a strengths-based, person-centered, and culturally competent approach, are used. My goal is for you to identify the strengths you possess, learn how to use those strengths and develop new skills to overcome any challenges you face and to restore hope, instill peace, and experience joy in your daily life.
