Jackie, LCSW Supervisee, ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
I provide counseling services for children, teens, and adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, stress, and goal setting. My work often centers around conflict resolution, bullying, developing healthy relationships, learning to set and maintain boundaries, and understanding how negative thought patterns can shape core beliefs and personal shame.
I approach therapy from a deeply relational perspective. I believe healing happens within safe, attuned connection, and I prioritize building a genuine, collaborative relationship with each client. I am trained in trauma-informed care and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, executive functioning strategies, and practical coping skills. Through a trauma-informed lens, I help clients understand how past experiences influence present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. IFS work allows us to explore protective patterns and wounded parts with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
Together, we will explore your story, strengthen your coping skills, and create meaningful change. I deeply value the commitment my clients bring to therapy and collaborate closely to build a plan that empowers you to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self understanding. I offer free consultations and look forward to connecting with you.
