Creating an environment where clients can grow to understand themselves, make the changes they want and need, and to truly thrive is my goal. I work with adolescents, adults and families to move through obstacles, challenges, and difficult times. Therapy is an opportunity to address and support change and growth. My approach is to work collaboratively with clients, focusing on strengths and a person’s natural inclination to move toward health and balance. I create a warm and empathetic space in which my clients are empowered to create positive change in their lives. With over 20 years experience, I work with each client by implementing a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, internal systems therapy, and family therapy.
