    When people start their day with a Mantra, Prayer, or Quote, it makes a huge impact on their outlook for the rest of the day! I encourage my clients to write something meaningful and positive on a sticky note and put it on their mirror in the bathroom, or set it as the wallpaper on their phone, so they can begin to train their brain to be more positive.
