Tracey, Resident in Counseling

Resident in Counseling

I work with adolescents and adults ages 14+ who are experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional distress, identity crisis, overwhelm, heartbreak, grief, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive thoughts & behaviors (OCD), and all types of difficult life transitions. Let’s face it, life is tough. Many challenges are brought our way that we often don’t feel prepared to navigate alone. With the aid of therapy, you can step outside of your chaotic life and regain perspective on your direction and choices, so you’re creating your future rather than reacting to your current circumstances. Together, we can decrease symptoms of self-doubt and self-sabotage and increase self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence.

I am also trained in marriage, couple, premarital, and open relationship counseling (LGBTQIA+ friendly), and thoroughly enjoy helping couples learn the skills to solve their relationship conflicts in a peaceful and healthy manner as they step into a supportive partnership together. Whether you’re working through trauma bonds, family tension, unhealthy communication styles, infidelity, or lack on intimacy, couples counseling can have a significant and positive impact on your experience together.
