Jade, Resident in Counseling
I received my B.S. from George Mason University and M.S. in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and is Currently a Resident in Counseling. I possess a diverse range of experience over the last 7 years with a variety of populations and diagnosis. Although my passion lies in substance abuse, recovery and personality disorders I have years of experience with trauma, depression, anxiety and crisis intervention.
I aim to assist clients in transforming themselves into a better version of who they are. My objectives revolve around identifying negative behaviors patterns and empowering clients with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively manage and regulate their emotions. I firmly believe in the uniqueness of every individual and recognizes the importance of tailoring the approach and modality to each person’s journey. While mental health poses challenges across all aspects, I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal goals. I thrive in continuous learning, research, and guiding clients on their distinct paths toward improved mental well-being and a more fulfilling life.
