    Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes in creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where change can occur and healing can begin.  She has spent her career working closely with children and their families, as well as adults and couples. Her background includes extensive experience working on behavior modification, managing emotions, coping with anxiety and depression, improving parent-child interactions, building resilience and self-esteem, as well as improving executive functioning. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, trauma-informed care, Family Systems Therapy, Gottman Therapy for couples, and mindfulness techniques. She also implements psychodynamic approaches to help clients gain insight into patterns that have formed and implement strategies for change. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, anger management, behavior modification, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, phase of life issues, family conflicts, and couples therapy. Her hope is to help her clients process and implement the change they need, as well as learn tangible tools to help them through difficult challenges.
